Funeral service of Wilton Mkwayi takes place in Eastern Cape

A special official funeral service for Rivonia trialist and MK cadre, Wilton Z. Mkwayi, attended by Acting President Phumzile Mlambo-Ncuka, was held in King William's Town.  He was awarded this honour because of his extra-ordinary credentials and contribution to building a free and democratic South Africa. His cremation in East London on 2 August was attended by Pres.Thabo Mbeki.
