It means 'wet rump', and given too thirsty, Khoikhoi hunters. Who had found water when they noticed that one of their dogs, which had been gone for awhile, had a wet rump when it returned. Khoikhoi name of Okombahe. A Settlement in the Erongo Region of Eastern Central Namibia.
