General circular from the President of the National Union of South African Students containing the text of the Commission appointed by the South African Students Organisation to prepare a critique on NUSAS in terms of its usefulness and to consider if there was a necessity for change. The text of the Commission report was drafted by Steve Biko and the SASO Commission.
