Hopkins Street 64-66, Parow

These two double-storey dwellings were erected in 1910 by George Thomas Hopkins. They have a number of fine Edwardian and Victorian architectural features including a cast-iron verandah and balcony which were presumably added on by Petrus Serenus du Toit in 1917 when he bought the property.
