The Curriculum Assesment Policy Statements (CAPS) documents represent the Department of Education's policy regarding all subjects listed in the National Curriculm Statement for Grades R to 12. Each document provides South African schools with guidelines regarding learning material, subject assessment and overall expected outcome.
