General circular letter from the President of the National Union of Students, Neville Curtis, quoting from a letter from C.D.T. Sibisi informing him that the University of Natal Black Section Student Representative Council had passed a resolutiion to disaffiliate from the National Union, and the reply from Neville Curtis to the Secretary of the Black Section.
