Dundubela Aubrey Mokoena, was the former executive director of the Black Community Programmes (BCP). November 1978. Soweto. he was released from prison and served with a 5 year banning order under the of the Internal Security Act, 1950 (Act 44 Of 1950) until 30 November 1983.
Restricted to Johannesburg. Madibeng Chris Mokoditoa was an Articled clerk, studying to become an attorney. He was the secretary of the University of Christian Movement at the time of his first ban in 1973. In 1975, Mokoditoa was sentenced to one year imprisonment suspended for three years for failing to report to the police.
He was detained from August to December 1976 under the Internal Security Act .
