The Citizen newspaper reported that Minister Chris Heunis, minister of constitutional development and planning and Chief Minister Enos Mabuza of KaNgwane discussed the government's position on the incorporation of KaNgwane into Swaziland. Heunis gave the assurance that the region would not be incorporated and further confirmed the government's commitment to promoting the development of KaNgwane.
