"WHAT THE ANTI-C.A.D. MOVEMENT HAS ACHIEVED TO DATE"

Questions and Discussion.

Resolutions: That this National Anti-C.A.D. Conference, representing vigilance, so­cial, political, sporting, trade union, educational and religious organisations:

(a) Emphatically and unconditionally rejects the Government Segregation Schemes, known as the C.A.C. and the C.A.D.

(b) Resolves to continue the struggle unabatedly throughout South Africa until these Segregation Measures are defeated.

(c) Demands the extension of Full Democratic Rights to all sections of the Non-Euro­peans.

That this Conference recognises the C.A.C. as an integral and inseparable part of the whole system of Colour Bar oppression directed against the entire Non-European population of South Africa.

Resolutions: That this Conference calls upon the people to extend and intensify the boycott of the C.A.C. and its men, socially, educationally, economically and politically, on a national-wide basis.

That this Conference undertakes to draw up a Union-wide petition for the withdrawal of the C.A.C. and the C.A.D., for submission to the Union Government.

Resolutions: That this Conference appoint a National Anti-C.A.D. and Anti-C.A.C. Committee.

That the Anti-C.A.D. Committee shall be the officially recognised mouthpiece in the struggle for the defeat of the C.A.C. and the C.A.D.

That this Conference urges the establishment of local Anti-C.A.D. Committees throughout the Union on the same lines as the Central Anti-C.A.D. Committee.
