General circular from the president of the National Union of South African Students, speculating on the final report of the Schlebusch Commission of Enquiry into the National Union and suggesting appropriate responses to some of the points likely to be raised in the report. Because of the possibility of overseas funds being cut off, there is a suggestion to pre-empt this by immediate fundraising in South Africa.
