This double-storey Structure has a number of prominent Victorian features including cast iron ornamentation on the Verandah and a Boundary Wall and Gateway of note. It is a significant component of the Street Architecture of Kohling Street, and was declared a National Monument under old NMC legislation on 27 December 1985.
