Victorian dwelling, 7 Belvedere Avenue, Oranjezicht

The double-storey Structure was erected soon after the turn of the 20th Century, and is endowed with a number of prominent Architectural features including cast iron elements on the Verandah and Balcony, as well as on the Boundary Wall. It was declared a National Monument under old NMC Legislation on 6 June 1986.
