Victorian terrace House complex, Grove Road and Albert Road, Mowbray

These 9 dwellings form part of a unique Street Block that dates from the 1880s, and consisted of two terraced rows, of identical late-Victorian Double-storey, Semi-detached Houses. One of their prominent features is a set of cast-iron Verandahs and Balconies. It was declared a National Monument under old NMC Legislation on 16 March 1984.
