SA raises concern with the Dutch government

The South African government instructed its ambassador to The Hague to inform the Dutch government of its displeasure over a grant of 100,000 guilders being made to the Defence and Aid Fund for assistance to the victims of apartheid. The move was seen as interference in the domestic affairs of South Africa.
