Statement by Popo Molefe on the Controversy between the South African and Namibian Government regarding the Walvis Bay as a historically part of Namibia as much as the Pretoria Regime hold no legtimate claim to Namibia which it had occupied and ruled in defiance of the World Court rulig of 1970.
