Report of the Congress of South African Trade Unions Constitutional Guidelines Seminar held in Soweto, 17 May 1989. Objectives were to prepare participants on how to generate and guide debates and discussion at grassroot level and and establishing the necessary mechanisms for feedback around these debates and discussions.
