Report, signed by Minister R F Botha and written mostly in Afrikaans, of the visit of Mr W P Clark of the United States of America, to South Africa and South West Africa. The purpose of the visit was to enable Mr Clark, on his return to the States, to advise US President Reagan and US Secretary of State Haig on the US position regarding South West Africa/Namibia.
