Victorian dwelling, 5 Upper Union Street, Gardens

The House was originally designed as a single-storey structure and was extended in 1912 when a second storey was added. It formes a significant part of the Architectural character of Union Street, and was declared a National Monument under old NMC Legislation on 27 December 1985.
