Victorian dwelling, 31 Carstens Street, Tamboerskloof, Cape Town

The construction of this double-storey House dates from the 1880s, probably at the behest of CG Prince. It has a number of fine Victorian and art-nouveau features, and was declared a National Monument under old NMC legislation on 8 February 1985.
