There is no information on Marapo Seopa. Indeed, it is not clear whether such a person existed.  Louisa Tlou Seopa speculates that:

My mother [Maphuti Seopa] used to refer to her daughter and son who were born and died before the birth of my brother, Boy Seopa, as Marapo, meaning the dead whenever she was asked to name her children. In other words, she used to include her children who had already passed away whenever she was asked about her children. It is probable that my mother mentioned the name Marapo to refer to her dead children when she was asked by the authorities about her children for purposes of issuing out banishment orders at the time.
