Logan K. Ntlabati was a prominent member of the African National Congress (ANC) national executive committee in the 1940s, he was born in the Transkei and educated at Fort Hare. He taught in the Cape and the Orange Free State, becoming principal of the African secondary school at Bethlehem. In the late 1940s he took an active part in Congress affairs and was known as a competent draftsman of resolutions and memoranda. He later left South Africa forSwaziland.
