Born 1930. Clerk. Lived in Alexander. Was a popular amateur boxer and lost the use of his right eye in the ring. Active in Congress since the Defiance Campaign. Secretary of the Working Committee, ANC Sophiatown. Indictment quashed in 1959. After the trial, he was chairman of school committees in Soweto in the 1960s. He was also active in the street committees and civic organisations in the 1980s, and he was Chairman of the ANC Veterans League in 1990.He now lives in Soweto.
