The main Grey College Building was designed by Architect WH Stucke, and its cornerstone was laid by President Reitz on 16 May 1894. Hamilton Hall was designed by Herbert Baker, and was officially opened in 1907 by Sir Hamilton Gould-Adams, after whom the hall was named. It was declared a National Monument under old NMC legislation on 26 October 1979. The School campus consists of many other old Buildings, which make the School unique!
