Meeting, following on from the meeting of the previous day, 20 March 1984, between South Africa and the United States to discuss the joint statement issued in Havanna, Cuba, by Fidel Castro, President of Cuba, and Jose Eduardo Dos Santos, President of Angola, on 19 March 1984.
