The Black Workers Project emanated out of a resolution taken at the 3rd General Students Council. The purpose of the project was to serve and protect the rights of Black workers. The report includes the progress made in establishing links with trade unions, reports on the proposed establishment of the Black Workers Benefit Fund and the proposed survey on salaries and wages paid to Black workers.
