Report of a Group A, Commission 5 on the African National Congress's Perspective on models for South Africa's future Constitutional dispensation, prepared after the 1985 Kabwe Conference. Examines models that could be appropriate to a future South Africa, the advantages of a federal system as opposed to a unitary state, whether there should be minority rights for certain communities, and the role of a Bill of Rights.
