In answer to a question put to him before parliament on 29 March 1983 regarding Mr Mzolo's death detention and death the minister of law and order,Mr Louis Le Grange, started 'There is no record that such a person has been detained in terms of security legislation, and unless further information is made available it is impossible to ascertain from all the police stations and border posts in the Republic whether such a person has been detained.Because Mr Mzolo was held at the same time as other security detainees at the Fort and because the Act under which he was held was undisclosed, and he therefore could have been a security detainee,he has been included in this publication.
