The African National Congress in the Frances Baard Region will be launching the Luthuli Volunteer Corps on Sunday 14 July 2013. The Programme will include a special meeting with the first-time voters, which are also known as the "Mandela Children" at Jim Summers Hall at 14h00. All volunteers will be engaged in a programme at the arena from 10h00 which will be followed by the actual launch at 15h00, at the Mitta Seperepere Convention Centre.
The Speakers at all these programs will be Comrade John Block, ANC chairperson in Northern Cape and Comrade Zweli Mkhize, ANC Treasurer General and Kwazulu- Natal Premier.
This Launch will be preceded by a massive motorcade which will happen on Saturday, which will culminate into a big social programme at rivito.
Accreditation will be done on Sunday at 08h00 at the open Arena in Galeshewe.
